Food Pantry Delivery Volunteer
Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM
Help deliver food pantries to older adults throughout the Omaha metro area. Volunteers will pick up 5–8 pantry orders from the Intercultural Senior Center (ISC). Some households may receive multiple bags, including hygiene products or pet food, depending on their needs.
Volunteers use their own vehicles, and ISC provides contact-free doorstep delivery to help keep volunteers, staff, and older adults safe. Before leaving, volunteers will receive a delivery route to follow. After each delivery, volunteers will call ISC so our team can notify the senior that their pantry has arrived. Once all deliveries have been completed, volunteers do not need to return to the center. Simply call ISC to verbally check out for the day.
Requirements: Valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
