United Way of the Midlands is thrilled to announce Volunteers United! Volunteers United is more than a volunteer group—it’s your chance to connect with other caring people, supporting critical nonprofit programs and building a stronger community. Whether you’re lending a hand at key events or helping behind the scenes, your time and energy will create ripples of good across the Omaha-Council Bluffs metro and support the essential work of United Way of the Midlands (UWM).
Volunteer opportunities are flexible to your schedule - sign-up when it works for you! Opportunities will include assisting with fundraising events and campaigns, annual volunteer events, mailings, general office work, volunteer recruitment, inventory management and more. Each and every volunteer member will have a direct impact in helping build a better, stronger tomorrow for our community

Join United Way of the Midlands as we host our employees and their families for an ice cream social with ice cream pre-scooped from Coneflower and toppings. Employees will tour the space and show their families where they work!
Volunteers will serve ice cream (pre-scooped from Coneflower) and assist in clean up.
Volunteers as young as 12 years of age are welcome! If under 18 years of age, volunteers must be accompanied by an adult.
