Volunteers who organize orders for kit delivery ensure order pick-up is streamlined and efficient by organizing each order for the vehicle.
Tasks include:
- Leading volunteers with the list of orders
- Operating the pallet jack, cart or wagon
- Placing labels on boxes, designating them for a specific order
- Running to get desired boxes
- Helping to count, organize, pack and label any remaining product in the inventory
- Volunteers will lift boxes weighing approximately 15 lbs., and move and bend throughout the shift

What to expect:
- Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing
- Park at the South entrance lot of the Mid-America Center
- Training and orientation at the start of the shift
- Volunteer activities to take place in a large, air-conditioned exhibition hall
- A moderate volume environment
- Up to 15 volunteers
- Volunteers will work in small teams
- Event photography and videography may take place
