Mission: To enhance the lives of children and their families in southwest Iowa.

Southwest Iowa Families exists to provide social and mental health services and supports for families in the areas of southwest Iowa and northwest Missouri.

The agency started in 1993, with one therapist offering mental health services. In 2003, the agency became a 501(C)3 and is governed by a seven member Board of Directors and has increased to 4 therapist and offering a wide variety of services for individuals and family support. Clinical Director, Angela Wallick and Sandra Geer, Administrative Director oversee 8 programs and services that are staffed with 24 employees.
