NCWDE- Project Reset

Project Reset was created from the awareness of two growing concerns in the State of Nebraska. The first being the current workforce shortage in our skilled labor and trades industry, and the second being the impact that a lack of a career path and the inability to make a living wage has on the recidivism rate of an individual in our overwhelmed criminal justice system. We have partnered with local Unions, Employers, and Federally Registered Apprenticeships to provide entry into paid skilled labor jobs with benefits for Nebraska’s re-entry population. Our Mission is to provide the tools and support to Redirect individuals’ path through Education and Skill development that leads to Employment in the Trades and labor industry. Our Vision is a future where your willingness to learn creates your ability to earn.
