Thank you for joining us in this year's Day of Caring event held on September 12, 2025! Day of Caring is United Way of the Midlands largest community-wide day of service where individuals, families, and teams of coworkers and friends can volunteer at nonprofit agencies and schools throughout the greater metropolitan area. Volunteer teams of all sizes tackle meaningful projects addressing community and agency needs. United Way of the Midlands facilitates this event to promote and celebrate the spirit of volunteerism throughout our service area of Douglas, Sarpy and Pottawattamie Counties.

Thank you for volunteering your time to share some positive words with College Possible students who are entering their first year of college.
We will provide writing materials and some message suggestions as you and other volunteers write to just over 120 first year college students.
What to expect:
Option to write notes at a standing table or at conference table
Business Casual attire
No heavy lifting required
