Description

Become a vital part of transforming urban spaces into vibrant green spaces! Our small-scale urban garden volunteers play a crucial role in sowing the seeds of positive change. Dive into the world of urban gardening with like-minded individuals, fostering a sense of community while nurturing nature in the heart of the city. Whether you're a seasoned green thumb or a budding enthusiast, come join us as we cultivate not just gardens, but connections that blossom into a greener, more sustainable urban landscape. Your hands can help shape a thriving oasis in the midst of the concrete jungle – join us and let's grow together!

Volunteers will support the gardens by:

  1. Planting & Sowing - assist in planting a variety of vegetable/fruit seedlings
  2. Weeding & Maintenance - help maintain the garden by weeding and mulching
  3. Watering - help in watering plants to ensure they receive the necessary hydration
  4. Harvesting - participate in the harvesting of fruit, vegetables, or herbs when ready
  5. Composting - assist staff in turning the compost pile to recycle organic waste and food scraps
