Volunteers who are building school orders ensure that each school’s kits are ready for delivery. Your support helps maximize impact and makes the experience seamless for drivers and loading volunteers to pick-up and deliver the kits to the schools.
Tasks include:
- Moving boxes into school orders
- Organizing kits
- Repacking kits (if needed)
- Volunteers will lift boxes weighing approximately 15 lbs. repetitively

What to expect:
- Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing
- Park at the South entrance lot of the Mid-America Center
- Training and orientation at the start of the shift
- Volunteer activities to take place in a large, air-conditioned exhibition hall
- A moderate volume environment
- Up to 15 volunteers
- Volunteers will work in small teams
- Event photography and videography may take place
