Volunteers will assist our staff in bagging nonperishable food items into bags, which will be distributed to families in need the following week for our rural outreach in Macy and Walt Hill, Nebraska.
Due to inflation, we are serving 65 % more people than our previous years. Our food cost is up 4,000 precent in the last few years, It has been hard to find food in bulk to keep up with the need. We rely on volunteers to help us keeping meeting the need in our community. Volunteers do so much more than just help serve, They help host drives and give their time towards events for the community but most of all they are dedicated to making a difference and spreading hope to all of our clients. Volunteers are a core foundation for us!
