Join us for this cherished holiday tradition! All families should be able to participate in holiday traditions and volunteer activities such as bell ringing for the Salvation Army. Our families appreciate the opportunity to give back to the community and are able to do so by ringing red glow sticks in place of the bells that can be uncomfortable to someone with sensory sensitivities. Participating in the Salvation Army’s Bell Ringing in a sensory-friendly way also helps us bring awareness about autism to the general community. It’s a win-win!
Holiday Helpers 2024 | Volunteer Opportunities
Join United Way of the Midlands Holiday Helpers event (Nov 1 - Dec 31) by sharing, caring, and spreading joy for those who need help the most in our community. This season there are a variety of ways to show your holiday spirit- donate your time with a variety of volunteer opportunities OR donate your treasure by hosting a collection drive or purchasing from the non-profit wish list. Don't forget to invite your friends, family, or office to join in spreading holiday cheer.
