The Vision Beyond Sight Gala will be held on November 8, 2024, at the Omaha Marriott Downtown at the Capitol District. This event includes personal stories from community members, immersive activities, a silent auction, and more. Funds raised will directly support programs and services for individuals experiencing vision loss. Your participation is crucial to the success of this event and in furthering our mission to empower the visually impaired community.
We are looking for three friendly volunteers to serve as greeters for the event. As a greeter, you will welcome attendees, assist with directions, and answer any questions they may have. Volunteers are encouraged to wear jeans, their Outlook-provided t-shirt, and comfortable shoes.
Volunteers will be provided with an Outlook t-shirt and dinner (the same as attendees), have a table at the gala, and are encouraged to stay for the entire event.
