IBBG serves as a collective for Black women, femmes and girls to actualize their full potential to authentically be, through autonomy, abundance and liberation.

IBBG Initiatives:

Community-led Investments - Radical resource redistribution will change the landscape of philanthropy by inviting under resourced community members to build collective voice and impact removing extractive and scarcity practices.

Maternal Health Initiatives - Catalyzes a movement for positive birth outcomes by disrupting the systems that perpetuate incidence of maternal death, near death and traumatic care experiences using strategies that center the voices, experiences, and leadership of underserved populations.

People Power - Create a pipeline of engaged residents and community members through organizing and base building.
