Mercy Housing Midwest’s mission is to create stable, vibrant, and healthy communities by developing, financing, and operating affordable, program-enriched housing for families, seniors, and people with special needs who lack the economic resources to access quality, safe housing opportunities.

Mercy Housing Midwest operates affordable multi-family housing communities, and offers onsite Resident Services programming in these communities to provide support to residents in the areas of health and wellness, housing stability, financial stability, education/out-of-school time, and community engagement.
