Income eligible volunteers age 55+ may earn a tax-free stipend, transportation and meal reimbursement and other benefits for a commitment of 10 hours per week. Pre-service and on-going training is provided.
Foster Grandparents serve in schools, Head Start and other child development programs. They assist children needing special attention in education, healthcare and social development through regular interaction as a classroom grandparent role model.
