How do I create an agency account?
- Visit https://uwmidlands.galaxydigital.com/agency/signup/.
- Fill out the required fields.
- Click Request Account.
- The agency account will be pending until it is approved by United Way of the Midlands. The agency will be contacted within 72 hours with approval status.

I am a new agency manager. Where can I get training on how to use the United Way of the Midlands volunteer platform?
- United Way of the Midlands Volunteer Hub is built on the Get Connected platform by Galaxy Digital. UWM urges all new agencies and agency managers to sign up for the Get Connected Central Agency Training webinar, watch the Full Agency Training recorded video, and read the I am an Agency or Program Manager help section articles.
